                                                                                                                                                 हर जरुरी स्किल्स क्लासरूम में नहीं सिखाई जाती| कुछ स्किल्स जिन्दगी से भी सीखी जाती हैं| इन्हीं स्किल्स से करियर की नींव तैयार होती है| अगर आपके पास इन स्किल्स का आभाव है तो आपकी प्रोफेशनल ग्रोथ में परेशानी हो सकती है| जानते है इन स्किल्स के बारे में|                        

            

 1.निर्णय लेना : हमें हर समय कोई ने कोई निर्णय लेना पड़ता है| खराब निर्णय से करियर भी खराब हो सकता है| क्या जानते है की अच्छा निर्णय किस तरह से लिया जाए| खुद से 3 सवाल पूछें- क्या इससे आपके करियर के लक्ष्य कि तरफ कदम बढ़ेंगे? क्या इससे आपकी प्रोफाइल मजबूत होगी? क्या इससे आपकी ग्रोथ के मौके पैदा होंगे? अब अपने निर्णय के कीमत और इससे कम्पनी, टीम और आपको होने वालों फायदों के बारे में विचार करें|

3.ध्यान से सुनना : प्रोफेशनल्स की सबसे बड़ी गलती होती है कि वे सही तरह से सुनने की कला नहीं जानते| इससे कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स अधूरी रहती है| सुनने की लिए के लिए पूरी तरह से स्पीकर पर फोकस करना पड़ता है| उसके शब्दों के चयन, आवाज की टोन और बॉडी लैंग्वेज पर ध्यान करना पड़ता है| स्पीकर के पुरे मैसेज के साथ अनकही बात को भी समझना पड़ता है| सही तरह से सुनने में यह बात शामिल है कि आप स्पीकर को प्रोत्साहित करें|    

                                                   

4.बिजनेस को समझना : बिजनेस का लक्ष्य होता है- लाभ कमाना| क्या आपको पता है कि रेवन्यू कहां से आता है? आपको फर्म के बड़े खर्चे क्या हैं? क्या आप कम्पनी की कास्ट कम करने या रेवन्यू बढ़ाने में मदद करते हाँ? इनके जवाब खोजने से खुद का महत्व पता लगेगा|

6.समय निकालना : सफल लोग ज्यादा काम करते हैं, इसलिए ज्यादा सफलता हासिल करते हैं| आम लोग अपने टारगेट्स पूरा करने के लिए ही ओवरटाइम करते हैं| ऐसे में नई स्किल्स भी नहीं सिख पाते| सफल लोग अपने दैनिक रूटीन में से समय निकलना जानते हैं| इस समय को वे सीखने या ज्याद अनुभव प्राप्त करने में खर्च करते हैं| समय बचाने के लिए दिन की शुरुआत जल्द करें| शुरुआत में ही पुरे दिन का प्लान बना लें| सबसे महत्वपूर्ण काम पहले करें| कठिन कार्यों को दैनिक जीवन में शामिल करें| डेडलाइन्स सेर करें| काम के दौरान आने वाली बाधाओं से दूर रहने का प्रयास करें| दिन में एक घंटे का समय सोचने, प्रशिक्षण लेने और खुद के विकास के लिए निकालें| खुद के लिए समय नहीं निकालेंगे तो परेशान रहेंगे|
